JBMH – The Wellness House – Satellite Dialysis Project
15,000 sq.ft. interior renovation creating over 30 dialysis treatment stations, new exam rooms, offices and waiting rooms. The renovation included installation of a new rooftop air-handling unit, generator, material lift and elevator. Exterior renovations included waterproofing of perimeter foundation walls and the addition of a receiving area with all new loading dock.
